Everything made to order, in one small run. Here's how your order is paid for, made, delivered — and what happens if it's not right.
Season 01: Play in Form is open for pre-order until 23:59 on 30 July 2026. Each piece is made to order, in one small run — nothing sits in a warehouse, and we don't restock. Your card is charged when you pre-order: that payment confirms your place in the run and funds production. A confirmation reaches you the moment it goes through.
You can cancel any time before the window closes on 30 July and production begins, for a full refund. Once the window closes and your piece is being cut, it's made specifically for your order — so cancellation closes at that point.
Once your order is placed, your size and colour are locked, because we plan the production run around exactly what's ordered. Please double-check your selection and the size guide before checkout — we can't change a size or colour after an order is placed.
Production begins the day the window closes, and your order is delivered within 6 weeks of that date. Every order ships free anywhere in South Africa, via a tracked door-to-door courier with signature on collection. You'll get an email when production begins and again when your order is on its way, with tracking. We deliver within South Africa only for now — if you're abroad and keen, email us and we'll see what's possible.
Each product page carries a fit note and a flat-measurement size guide — measured lying flat, not around the body. Because every piece is made to order, we'd rather help you choose right the first time. If your question isn't answered on the page, email us before you pre-order and we'll respond within 24 hours.
If there's ever a fault with your order, or it arrives not as ordered, we'll replace it or refund you in full — no questions, and we cover the shipping. For change-of-mind, email us within 14 days of receiving your order; items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags, and return shipping is at your cost. Because every piece is made to order in a limited run, we don't hold spare stock to swap sizes, so we can't guarantee an exchange — instead, return your piece for a refund and re-order if your size is still available.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, securely through Paystack, within 5 business days. In the unlikely event we can't fulfil your order, you're refunded in full — you're covered until your piece is in your hands.
These terms sit alongside your rights under South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Nothing here limits those rights.
