Season 01: Play in Form is open for pre-order from now until 23:59 on 30 July 2026. After that, this drop is done — we won't make it again. There are no re-stocks, no late drops, no "we'll do another run." That's the point.
When you pre-order, your card is charged immediately. This funds the production run — your order is what makes the drop happen. You can cancel any time before the window closes on 30 July for a full refund; once production begins, your piece is being made specifically for you and can no longer be cancelled. If, for any reason, your size sells out (in the case of late orders that exceed our run), you're refunded in full within 5 business days.
We don't make a single piece before 30 July. The moment the window closes, the factory order is placed with our SA manufacturing partner. Everything is cut, sewn, and finished as one run.
From the day the window closes, expect your order within 6 weeks. You'll receive an email when production begins, when it's complete, and when it ships. We'll always tell you what's happening.
Every pre-order ships free anywhere in South Africa. We use a tracked courier service with door-to-door delivery and signature on collection.
Each product page carries a fit note and a sizing guide. Because every piece is made-to-order in a single run, we don't offer exchanges on size — but we do everything we can to help you choose right the first time. If your sizing question isn't answered on the page, email us and we'll respond within 24 hours.
If there's a fault with your order, we'll replace it or refund you in full — no questions. For change-of-mind, we ask that you email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags. We don't offer free return shipping on change-of-mind returns.

If it's not right, return it unworn, unwashed and tagged within 14 days for a full refund, then re-order if your size is still available. Grove & Gable is a registered South African label based in Hermanus. Checkout runs through Paystack on secure, encrypted payments, every order is confirmed by email and tracked through production, and your piece ships with a tracking number. If we ever can't fulfil your order, you're refunded in full.
Yes. In the unlikely event we can't deliver, you receive a full refund within 5 business days — no quibbling. Your payment is handled securely through Paystack, and you're covered until your piece is in your hands.
